What an incredible evening! Our GCA Fundraising Committee hosted Beats & Bingo fundraiser at Miss Eva’s was a tremendous success! Neighbors, families, and friends filled the venue for an unforgettable night of music, laughter, bingo, prizes, dancing, beautifully crafted cocktails, and joyful community connection.
Thanks a Million to everyone who helped Sue and Emily to bring this event and our vision to life! Whether you made telephone calls, sent texts, emails, or went door-to-door to distribute flyers, volunteered during the event, purchased tickets, or simply showed up ready to have a great time, your support made the evening truly special.
We extend an enthusiastic thank-you to Yolanda B and our dedicated Street & Block Captains, always willing to jump in and help spread the word throughout Grandmont. Special thanks also go to Stephan F for creating our online ticket and bingo-board purchase link; Samantha B, our wonderfully efficient and patient cashier; Yolanda B again; our outstanding 50/50 raffle ticket seller; and Rose D for picking up & donating the beautiful decorations.
Thank you to EVERYONE who came out on a Thursday evening ready to dance, sing, laugh, and play B-I-N-G-O!!! DJ Jason of Mindbusters kept the energy high as Miss Eva’s came alive with the unforgettable sounds of Motown & One-Hit Wonders of Bar Bango.
This event would not have been possible without the extraordinary generosity of our community partner, Jay Williams, owner of Miss Eva’s. Jay graciously opened his beautiful venue to GCA, warmly welcomed our guests from Grandmont and our Very Supportive Surrounding Communities and kept his signature handcrafted cocktails flowing throughout the evening. Thank you, Jay, for being such an amazing neighbor, community partner and gracious host!
Congratulations to our 10 very excited Prize winners! Each of our bingo games featured 3 Runners-Up and a $50 Golden Ticket Grand-Prize winner…we even had tie Bingo winners. Our lucky 50/50 Raffle winner also went home with an exciting $200 cash prize!
Proceeds from Beats & Bingo benefit the GCA Winter Wonderland Holiday Masquerade Ball. Thank you, Grandmont, Surrounding Communities, Community Partners, Family & Friends for showing up, showing out, and supporting another fantastic Grandmont Community fundraiser!
