WOW, GRANDMONT—WHAT A DAY!

On August 8, Ramsay Park came alive with creativity, culture, music, laughter, and an incredible sense of community as the Grandmont Community Association celebrated its 46th Arts, Crafts & Culture Fair!

From the moment the day began, there was an undeniable energy in the air. Beautiful weather set the stage for a memorable celebration, and our community showed up in a BIG way!

We extend our heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible sponsors, community partners and resources, talented artists and vendors, volunteers, performers, food vendors, security teams, setup and cleanup crews, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the day run smoothly.

And what a celebration it was!

Our visitors enjoyed talented local artists and makers, delicious food, engaging activities, community resources, an energetic DJ, an exciting drumline, and countless opportunities to connect with neighbors and friends. The park was filled with creativity, conversation, music, and—most importantly—Grandmont pride!

❤️ YOU Made the Difference!

While there were many moving parts that made the fair a success, the true magic of the day was our community.

Whether you helped plan the event, set up a tent, welcomed guests, volunteered, participated as an artist or vendor, provided a community resource, performed, helped with security, cleaned up, donated, took photographs, invited a neighbor, or simply came out to enjoy the festivities—you helped make this celebration possible.

You showed up. You pitched in. You supported one another. And you showed everyone what happens when Grandmont comes together!

The Arts, Crafts & Culture Fair is so much more than a one-day event. It is a reflection of the creativity, generosity, talent, diversity, pride, and community spirit that make Grandmont such a special place to call home.

🎉 And Now… On to 2027!

As wonderful as it is to celebrate the success of this year’s fair, we’re already looking ahead!

2027 will be an especially exciting year for the Grandmont Community Association as we celebrate our 100th Anniversary!

One hundred years of neighbors, families, friendships, service, community pride, and memories is an extraordinary legacy—and we can’t wait to celebrate this milestone together!

As we look toward the future, let’s continue the spirit we experienced at this year’s Arts, Crafts & Culture Fair: showing up for one another, supporting our neighbors, celebrating our community, and making Grandmont a place where everyone feels at home.

To Grandmont, our surrounding communities, sponsors, community partners, artists, vendors, performers, volunteers, visitors, and every person who played a part:

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

We truly could not have done it without you.

When Grandmont comes together, there is truly nothing like the Grandmont community!

With immense gratitude and Grandmont Pride,

Susan Hood
