This ordinance is in place to protect our children from a safety and security perspective. Too many distracted drivers, short tempered neighbors, speeding vehicles, parked cars, etc., make this illegal activity too dangerous..
Please agree with this ordinance and keep basketball hoops out of the street as the ordinance requires. They can be preferably place in the backyard – or driveway where it is safer for your kids to play.
