GRDC’s Vacant Property Task Force (VPTF) is a resident-led initiative to target and prevent blight and vacancy within GRDC’s five neighborhoods. Working closely with resident volunteers, we monitor vacant homes in our community with the goal of ensuring that every property is properly maintained. After many years of hard work and advocacy for the betterment of the five neighborhoods since the 2008 economic crash, the Vacant Property Task Force still has their boots on the ground surveying the area for vacant homes, blight, and investigating neighborhood issues.
